*Roast Mutton*
Ingredients (Ajzaa):
Gosht (Meat) ½ kg
Lehsun adrak paste (Ginger, Garlic) 2 tbs
Dahi (Curd) 4 tbs
Kaali mirch (Black Pepper) 1 ½ tbs
Baisan (Chickpea flour) 2 tbs
Kacha papeeta 2 tbs
Pyaaz (Onion) 1
Tail (Oil) 1/2 cup
Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves) hasb e zaroorat
Hari mirch (Green chili) 2 tbs
Namak (Salt) hasb e zaiqa
Steps (Tarika):
Sab se pehlay gosht ko dho kar is mein kacha papeeta pisa hoa adrak lehsan paste,namak, kaali mirch, besan aur dahi mila kar adhay ghantay ke liye rakh dein.
Ab tail mein pyaaz ko brown kar ke choora kar ke gosht mein mila dein, hara dhaniya aur hari mirch bhi pees kar mila dein mazeed aik ghantay marinate honay dein.
Phir oven ko pehlay se garam 180 degree par 20 se 25 minute tak mutton ko roast karlein.
Jab golden hojaye to nikal lein, lemoo salad aur hari chatni ke sath pesh karein.
