Ingredients (Ajzaa):

Gosht (Meat) 250 grams (small pieces)
Aaloo (Potatoes) 750 grams
Imli ka pani (Tamarind water) ½ cup
Kuti laal mirch (Red chili) 1 ½ tsp
Hari mirch (Green chilies) 6-8
Hara dhanya (Coriander leaves) 1 bunch
Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
Adrak, lehsan (Garlic ginger paste) 2 tbs
Makai ka aata (Corn flour) 2 tbs
Anday (Eggs) 2
Kali mirch (Black pepper) ½ tsp
Double roti ka choora (Bread crumbs) 1 cup

Steps (Tarika):

Sab se pehle gosht mein laal mirch, hari mirch, hara dhaniya, namak, lehsan adrak aur kaali mirch daal kar gosht galnay tak ubalein.
Jab gosht gul jaye to us mein imli ka pani shaamil kar ke achi terhan bhoon kar khushk karlein.
Phir gosht ka resha kar ke mash kiye hue aalo mein mix karlein.
Ab anday mein corn flour, namak, aur kaali mirch daal kar beat karlein.
Phir aalo ke kabaab bana kar anday mein dip kar ke mix coat Karen phir deep fry karlein.
