Ingredients (Ajzaa):

Under cut 1/2 kg
Pisa hoa kacha papeeta 1/2 tbs
Dahi (Yogurt) (Phinti hui) 1 cup
Pisa hoa lehsan (Garlic) adrak (Ginger)1 tbs
Pyaaz (Onion) (bareek kati hui) 3
Degi laal mirchain(Red Chili) 4
Pisa hoa garam masala (Mixture spices powder) 1 tsp
Namak(salt)hasb e zayeqa
Tail (oil) 1 cup
Dam ke ajzaa:
Choti Elaichi (Cardamom) 4
Badam ( almond) 6
Khashkhaash (poppy seeds ) 1 tbs
Kala zeera ( black cumin) 1 tsp


Steps (Tarika):

Sab se pehlay dam ke ajza ko 1 sath pees lein.
Phir Under cut kisi bhaari cheez se kuchal lein.
Ab Is par papeeta laga kar aadhay ghantay ke liye rakh den.
Phir Laal mirchon ko 1 tbs pani aur sirka daal kar ubaal lain, phir dhuni ke sath pees lein.
Daigchi main tail garam kar ke dahi, lehsan adrak, pisi hui laal mirchain, pyaaz aur namak daal kar pakayen.
Jab Pani khushk hojaye to usay bhoonen, phir garam masala aur pani shaamil kar ke halki aanch par tail oopar anay tak pakayen.
Ab Is mein dam ke ajzaa daal kar dam par rakh den, mazedar Pasanday qourma tayyar hai.
