*Mutton Karahi*

Ingredients (Ajzaa):

Bakray ka gosht (Mutton) 1 ½ kg
Timatar (Tomatoes) hasbe zaroorat
Pyaaz (Onions) 2
Lehsan, adrak (Garlic ginger paste) 2 tbs
Laal mirch (Red chili powder) 2 tbs
Garam masala (Mixture spices powder) ½ tbs
Hari mirch (Green chilies) 6
Leemo (Lemons) 2
Badam (Almonds) 10
Kaju (Cashews) 10
Tail (Oil) ½ cup
Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa

Steps (Tarika):

Sab se pehlay mutton ko achhi tarah dhone ke baad is mein lehsan adrak paste, namak, pyaz (moti kaat lein), aur ek cup pani daal kar galne ke liye pandrah se bees minute tak rakh dein.
Ab alag patili mein tail daal kar darmiyani aanch par garam karein.
Phir is mein tamatar bareek kaat kar daal dein - saath lal mirch powder aur garam masala powder daalen aur itna bhunien ke tamatar gal jaye.
Ab is mein mutton daalen, saath hi darmiyan se hari mirch kaat kar daal dein, leemo bareek kaat kar daal dein.
Achhi tarah itna bhunien ke tamam tail ooper aajaaye.
Ab aakhir mein badam cheel kar aur kaju daal kar paanch minute dam par rakhein, Mazedar Mutton Karahi tayyar hai, tandori naan ke saath serv karein.
