*Malai Tikka Boti*
Ingredients (Ajzaa):
Gosht (Beef) 1 kg
Papeeta (Papaya) 1 tbs
Adrak, lehsan (Ginger-garlic) 2 tbs
Hari mirch (Green chili paste) 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
Safaid mirch (White pepper) 1 tbs
Namak (Salt) hasbe zaiqa
Garam masala (mixture spices) 1 tbs
Chinese namak (Chinese salt) 1 tbs
Cream: ½ cup
Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
Steps (Tarika):
Sab se pehlay gosht par papita laga kar ek ghanta rakh dijiye.
Ab Dahi mein namak, safed mirch, Chinese salt, lehsan adrak, garam masala, hari mirch paste, cream daal kar mix karein aur mixcher ke saath oon mein bake kar lijiye.
Ya phir Barb Q ke pan mein paka lein aur usko dhuan de dijiye, Malai tikka boti tayyar hai..
