Fry pyaaz, dhaniya, safaid zeera, kala zeera, jaifal, javitri, pepeli, namak, laal mirch, aur hari mirch ko grind karke qeema mein shamil kar lein. Lehsan adrak shamil karke achhi tarah mix karein aur koyla shamil karke koyla ka dhuan dein. Agar barbeque karna ho to dhuan na dein.
