Ingredients (Ajzaa):

Gosht (Beef) 1 kg (boneless)
Kaccha papeeta (Raw papaya) ¾ cup
Adrak, lehsan (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
Namak (Salt) 1 ½ tsp
Laal mirch (Red chili powder) 2 tsp
Garam masala (Mixture spices powder) 1 tsp


Steps (Tarika):

Sab se pehlay gosht ke tukron mein tamam masalay laga kar teen se chaar ghantay ke liye rakh dein.
Phir isko karahi mein daal kar bhoon lein.
Jab pani khushk ho jaye toh ek chauthai cup tail daal kar bhoon lein.
Bihari boti tayyar hai, Pyaz ke lachon, hari chutney aur parathon ke saath pesh karein.
