*Beef Pulao*

Ingredients (Ajzaa):

Tail (Oil) ¾ cup
Haldi (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
Dhanya (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
Laal mirch (Red chili powder) ½ tsp
Pisi kali mirch (Ground black pepper) ½ tsp
Garam masala (mixture spices) ½ tsp
Dahi (Yogurt) ½ cup
Hari mirch (Green chilies) 4
Chawal (Rice) ½ kg
Long (Cloves) 8
Dar cheeni (Cinnamon stick) 1
Bari elaichi (Cardamom pods) 1
Kali mirch (Whole black pepper) ½ tsp

Steps (Tarika):

Sab se pehlay safaid mulmul ke kapray mein long, dar cheeni, badi elaichi, sabit kali mirch, saunf, sabit sukha dhania, zeera aur tez patta daal kar potli bana lein.
Ab ek patili mein gosht, pyaz, adrak lehsan, namak, paani aur banayi hui potli daal kar itna pakaen ke gosht gal jaye.
Phir potli ko nichod kar nikaal lein aur gosht ko bhi nikaal lein.
Ab ek bade patile mein tail aur pyaz daalen, pyaz ko halka brown kar lein.
Ab is mein adrak lehsan ka paste shamil karein aur achhi tarah mix kar lein.
Phir is mein nikaala hua gosht, namak, lal mirch, haldi powder, dhania powder, kali mirch aur garam masala powder shamil karein aur achhi tarah mix kar lein.
Ab is masale mein dahi daalen aur tez aanch par gosht ko achhi tarah bhun lein, Hari mirch shamil karein aur gosht wali yakhni daal kar mix karein.
Sab se aakhir mein chawal daalen aur tez aanch par pakaen. Yahan tak ke pani khushk ho jaye aur chawal mein ek kani baqi rahe.
Phir is ko 10 se 15 minute dam laga dein. Lijiye mazedar beef pulao tayyar hai.
