*Badami Qourma*
Ingredients (Ajzaa):
Gosht (Beef): ½ kg
Badam (Almonds) ½ cup
Namak, Laal mirch (Salt and chilli) hasbe zaiqa
Dhanya (Coriander) 60 grams
Lehsan, adrak (Garlic and ginger) 2 tbs
Dahi (Yogurt) 60 grams
Steps (Tarika):
Sab se pehlay badam ki giriyan nikaliye, Unhein garam pani mein ubaal kar un ke chilke alag kar dijiye aur aik bartan mein pani daal kar rakh lijiye.
Ab pehle pyaz lal kar ke nikaal lijiye, phir masale bhoniyen.
Is ke baad bhoone hue masale mein dahi aur gosht daal kar bhoonna jari rakhiye.
Jab aap dekhein ke gosht khoob achhi tarah bho gaya hai, toh is mein badam daal dijiye aur galne ke liye pani daal kar dheemi anch par pakaaiye.
Gosht gal jane par usay ek baar phir bhooniye aur phir patili chulhe se utaar lijiye, lazeez Badami qourma tayyar hai.
